All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Ci Design. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact Ci Design to discuss the matter. We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind.
In the case of breakages we do not resend items however a credit will be applied to your online account that you can deduct from your next order . This is at the sole discretion of Ci Design. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to Ci Design within 3 days of receipt of goods. Ci Design will credit the cost of the damaged goods partially or fully, however we do not refund shipping costs. If you wish to return any items please contact Ci Design first. Goods that are damaged or broken on return to us will be billed to you. Ci Design will credit for damages sustained through transport with their chosen carrier Australia Post. If you choose to use your own carrier we will not accept responsibility for damages.
Please check all orders once you have taken delivery of them. If you notice any discrepancies please contact email@example.com at Ci Design. Please note there is a 7 day time frame that is considered reasonable and just for reporting any discrepancies in an order. Ci Design sells all products under the recognition that once they are used for the purpose of purchase we are no longer held responsible. It is the responsibility of the purchaser once they take possession of all goods to ensure their products are suitable for safe use.
All goods are sold on an as-is basis and Ci Design does not make any guarantees or warranties on their quality. Although we will always try to represent our products true to their form, pictures of products on the website cannot reflect truly the quality or colour of the goods due to each piece being individual and many hand made. Some products can vary in colour from shipment to shipment. They can also differ from their photo on the website.
Please note that you must notify us asap, but within 7 business days of receiving your delivery. We have a vigorous picking and packing process, however mistakes can sometimes still occur. If you are missing products please follow this process:
• Double check all packaging materials – It’s often noted that small items are accidentally thrown out with packaging materials.
• Check inside all boxes and internal boxes for small items
• Confirm no one else at your premises removed any item(s) without your knowledge.
• Confirm that you have indeed received all boxes as per the consignment.
If you are sure that items are missing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of which items are missing.
Upon receipt of your email we will locate the packing and shipping history information and make attempt to discover the whereabouts of the missing item. If we deem that it was not sent we will apply a credit to your account
